Renata LLC Notary Public Policy

Please note that all signers and witnesses must be present the Notary Public with valid, unexpired, government issued identification in order to complete the notarial appointment. 

All signers and witnesses must be competent and willing to sign of their own free will. 

To confirm your notarial appointment, a non-refundable deposit of must be made immediately after confirming your notarial needs with the notary public. 

The payment for the balance of your notarial appointment must be paid the day of the notarial appointment prior to the services rendered. 

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

All deposits and payments are non-refundable, including for no-shows, late cancellations, or same-day cancellations. A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking, and cancellations must be made at least 2 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.

Appointments may be rescheduled at no additional cost if you notify us at least 2 hours before your original appointment time. To reschedule, contact us at (267) 745-2755 or DRBrown@RenataLLC.com, and your existing deposit will be applied to the new date and time.
